Jakarta, November 19, 2024 – Trisula Corporation, the parent company of three listed entities — TRIS, BELL, and CINT — engaged in the garment, textile, and furniture industries, received the TOP Human Capital Awards 2024, held on October 30 at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta.
TRIS Optimistic Sales Growth in 2022 Will Exceed 30%
Jakarta, January 5, 2023 – PT Trisula International Tbk (TRIS), an integrated apparel provider engaged in the textile and garment industry, is optimistic that its 2022 sales will grow by more than 30%. Meanwhile, the Company estimates that its 2022 net profit will increase by over 25%. This optimism is supported by the Company’s consistently positive performance toward the end of the year.

Jakarta, November 30, 2021 – PT Trisula International Tbk (“TRIS”), an integrated apparel provider engaged in the textile and garment industry, recorded sales of IDR 770.8 billion in the third quarter of 2021, a decrease compared to the same period last year.
TRIS Obtains Distribution Permit for PPE from the Ministry of Health
Jakarta, September 30, 2020 – PT Trisula International Tbk (“TRIS”), an integrated apparel provider, has obtained a distribution permit from the Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) for its Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products, which include hazmat suits and foot protectors. The permit was granted through its subsidiary, PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk (“BELL”), and will be valid for the next five years.

The Board of Directors proposes the amount of dividend payout based on the Company’s performance during the year, the Company’s growth trend, the level of return that will be attractive and is appropriate for the shareholders of the Company, as well as positive earnings of the Company.
In compliance with the Financial Services Authority and the Indonesia Stock Exchange regulations, the Company pays dividends to the entitled shareholders of the Company at the latest 30 (thirty) days after the Company declared the decision to pay dividend.
