PT Trisula International Tbk is a publicly listed investment holding company specializing in textile and garment manufacture, corporate uniform provision, and management of popular clothing brands. The company floated on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2012 (TRIS).
The company is part of Trisula Corporation, a well-established and diversified holding company with a wide range of financially successful businesses and an advanced system of corporate governance. Trisula International is one of Indonesia’s most respected businesses, with a strong track record as a leading regional company. It is now carefully pursuing a wide variety of growth opportunities.

History & Milestones
Mr. Tirta Suherlan established a textile company named PT Daya Mekar (hereinafter referred to as Company) in Bandung that was then changed to PT Trisula Textile Industries.
The Company entered garment industry and produced branded garments as well as distributed its products to Indonesia, Japan, USA, Europe, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, and other countries.
• The Company was entrusted with holding the brand Jack Nicklaus in Indonesia.
• The garment brand JOBB was launched
• The Company established the Retail Division.
Foreign operational activities on a full scale were started in Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, and South Africa.
The Company established the Corporate Garment Division and started producing uniforms for banks, airlines, hotels, resorts, and public sector.
The Corporate Garment Division changed to a Business Entity named PT Transindo Global Fashion (hereinafter referred to as Company).
• The Company issued the brand UniAsia
• The Company acquired PT Tritirta Saranadamai.
• The Company issued the brand Man Club
• The Company changed its name from PT Transindo Global Fashion to PT Trisula International
• The Company acquired PT Trisula Garmindo Manufacturing
• The Company acquired PT Trimas Sarana Garment Industry.
• The Company officially listed its initial shares with the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
• The Company acquired PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing
• The Company acquired Mido Uniforms Pte Ltd in Singapore.
• PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing successfully won a uniform tender for American Airlines
• Mido Uniforms Pte Ltd successfully won a uniform tender for Silk Air and St. Regis Macao
• The Company acquired the shares of PT Nissiel Garment Manufacturer
• Merger of PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing and PT Nissiel Garment Manufacturer
• Share divestment from PT Trisula Garmindo Manufacturing to PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing.
Trisco Tailored and Woven International Ltd. started its operations in USA.
Celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of Trisula Group.
• The Company conducted a Public Offering for Capital Additions by Granting Pre-Emptive Right I (PMHMETD I).
• The Company acquires shares of PT Trisula Textile Industries Tbk
• The Company transferred its retail trading business unit the brands of JOBB and Jack Nicklaus to an affiliated company, PT Mido Indonesia.
The company through its subsidiaries produced and marketed non-medical masks and hazmat PPE to support government programs in facing the Covid-19 pandemic.
The Company incorporated PT Tricom Mitra Mandiri which is engaged in online sales through the website www.yukshopping.com.
PT Trimas Bellindo Aparel Manufaktur was established.

President Commissioner
Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta on August 5, 1962. She served as President Commissioner since 2016. She received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from York University, Toronto, Canada in 1985. Such achievement is supported with 12 years of experience in banking sector as Vice President in a National private Bank. Currently, she serves as Director of Trans International Fashion Limited.
She has no financial, managerial, and familial relations with any other member of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as Majority and Controlling Shareholders.

Fendy Sutanto
Independent Commisioner
Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta, September 30, 1960. He has served as Independent Commissioner of Trisula since 2022. Received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Stephen F Austin State University, Texas, USA in 1984. He has Certificate of Investment Manager Representative and Securities Brokerage Representative issued by the Financial Services Authority. He has 33 years of experience in auditing and finance. e started his career at PT Bank International Indonesia in 1989 as a junior forex dealer and held various positions with his last position as assistant vice president in 1998. Subsequently he joined PT Sinarmas Sekuritas in 2000 as head of the brokerage division and lastly served as Director at year 2021.
He has no financial, managerial, and familial relations with any other member of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as Majority and Controlling Shareholders.

Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta, July 1, 1964. Received his Bachelor degree in Economy from Faculty of Economics at Atma Jaya University in 1989 and Magister of Management from the same university in 2001. In 2019, he was appointed as Director of Trisula. Currently, he serves as Commissioner of PT Gita, President Director of PT Karya Dwimanunggal Sejahtera, Director of PT Trisula Insan Tiara and Director of PT Ciputra Citra Trisula.
He has no financial and familial relations with other members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as Majority and Controlling Shareholders. He has managerial relations with other members of the Board of Directors.

Kartono Budiman
Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta, December 20, 1964. Received his education at Pasadena City College, California, USA and California State University Long Beach. In 2014, he was appointed as Director of Trisula. He is currently also serving as the President Director of PT Trimas Sarana Garment Industry.
He has no financial and familial relations with other members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as Majority and Controlling Shareholders. He has managerial relations with other members of the Board of Commissioners.

Marcus Brotoatmodjo
Director
Indonesian citizen. Born in Jakarta, September 19, 1964. Received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Southern California. In 2025, he was appointed as Director of Trisula. He is currently also serving as the President Director of PT Trisula Insan Tiara, PT Tritirta Inti Mandiri and as Chief Human Capital of Trisula Group.
He has no financial and familial relations with other members of the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, as well as Majority and Controlling Shareholders. He has managerial relations with other members of the Board of Directors.
